
Taylor James
Taylor makes his home in Lee's Summit Missouri. He runs in
the Mod Truck and Mod Buggy classes. The buggy to the left is an
Associated Electronics RC10B4 Factory Team Edition. The truck to the
right is an Associated Electronics RC10T4 Factory Team Edition. Both
are similarly equipped with Team Check-Point motors, LRP electronic speed
controllers and Airtronics steering servo. The awesome bodies were
painted by Doug Summers of BODZ.
Taylor came in 26th in the 1/8th scale class at the IFMAR World
Championship where he placed 8th out of all the US drivers.
When not racing one of the vehicles above he is behind the wheel of his
Thunder Tiger S3 1/8 buggy or Associated RC10 GT nitro truck.

Taylor Larsen
Taylor hails from Garden City and races his Spider-Man truck in
the Beginner's Class. Taylor is six years old and has been racing
since he was 4. |


Tim Marshall
Time comes from Kansas City Missouri to race in the Four Wheel Drive
Mod and Mod Buggy classes. The buggy on the left is a JConcepts BJ4
with Orion Atsushi Hara 11x1 motor, Quantum electronic speed controller
and JR 8450 servo. The Associated Electronics B4 on the right has an
Orion 14x2 motor, Quantum 2 electronic speed controller and DS8411
steering servo out of an airplane. Both vehicles are controlled by a
JR R1 radio and JR receiver. Tim painted both of the cars himself,
including the custom bottom-plate on the BJ4. |
Tony Leatherman
Tony races his RC10B4 in the Mod class. Here is one to get
pointers from, he is a six time winner of the Regionals in both stock and
mod classes and came in 5th at the Stock Nationals in 2004. Expert
control is maintained with an Airtronics M8 radio and Airtronics steering
servo. The stock Airtronics receiver, LRP speed controller and Reedy
motor complete his electronics. The impressive orange and silver
paint job was done by John Davies. When not driving 1/10th Tony
enjoys his real life 2003 Chevy Silverado.

Travis comes from Augusta, Kansas and races his Associated RC10T3

Tyler Keel
Tyler makes his home in Norman Oklahoma. He races his truck and
buggy in the Stock and Mod classes.
The buggy to the left is a Team Losi BK2. He uses an Airtronics synthesized
M8 radio with both vehicles. Both vehicles are equipped with Core
Mod motors, Novak speed controllers and Airtronics steering servos.
Both sharp looking vehicles were painted by Sonny Nave.
Tyler is the 2004 Stock Truck Missouri State Champ, 2003 Sportsman
Stock Truck National Champ, and 2004 Tumbleweed Stock Buggy Champ.

Vance Kennedy
Nine year old Vance lives in Wichita and comes to Hutchinson to
race his Team Associated RC10T4 in the Beginner's Class. He uses a JR
radio to control the truck. |
Victor Kirkpatrick
Victor makes the short drive from Wichita to race his CRC Bloody
Knife in the 1/12th scale 19 turn class. He uses a synthesized
Airtronics M8 to control the sharp looking car through the turns. A
Novak GT7 controls the speed. |
Wesley Heter
Wesley comes from McPherson to race his Associated Electronics T3
in the Beginner's Class. He uses an Airtronics XL2P radio to keep it
under control. |
Zach Heyer
Nine year old Zach hails from Wichita. His XX-4 runs a stock
Nightmate 2 motor. He also likes to play with his XXT and Duratrax
Nitro Evader BX. |
