Nick
Kenning
Nick is from Hutchinson, Kansas and the buggy is a Losi BK2. He
uses an Airtronics M8 radio, Airtronics reciever, Orion Revolution Motor,
Novak GTX speed controller, and uses an Airtronics 757 to handle the
steering. The body was painted by RC Paints by Sonny.

Noel Heyer
Noel hails from Wichita but comes to Hutchinson to race his Team
Losi XXX-4G+. The buggy races in the four wheel drive class. A
Futaba 3PJ radio controls the vehicle, which is equipped with a Novak XXL
reciever, P-94 12X2 motor, Airtronics 94157 steering servo and Novak Atom
electronic speed controller. He painted the body himself. He
brings along his sons Chris and Zach who also race 4wd buggies.
Noel has a pretty impressive racing career that he brought back from
across the pond. He took 4th place in the European Nationals, 1st
place BRCA Nationals, 3rd place Regional in Nottingham England and 1st
place at the Indoor Regional in Packingham England. |
Paul Phillips
Paul lives in nearby Nickerson and races his Team Losi XXX-T in the
Novice Class. He controls the brightly colored truck with a JR2
radio. He claims to have won the award for "Most Money Spent
on Parts for Five Consecutive Races". |

Phil Painter
The car to the left is a new Associated RC10TC4. Phil makes the
brief drive from Wichita to race in the Touring Car Stock Foam class.
Phil is not afraid of the dirt though, he won the Mod Buggy class at the
1990 Cactus Classic and at the 1991 Arizona Championships he took the 2nd
A Main in Stock Buggy and the 7th A Main in Stock Truck.
The car to the right is Phil's Associated RC12L that he runs in the
19turn 12th scale foam class. He uses a JR XS3 to control his
vehicles. The 12th scale car flies thanks to the 19 turn Reedy
motor.

Keesling
This HPI Pro 4 hails from Hutchinson Kansas and runs in the mod and
stock classes. In mod Randy runs a 10x1 motor. The foams are

car has a 10turn mod motor and races both oval track and with a few

Rodney is 11 years old and can be found racing in the Novice class.
He used to race go-karts and is using the skills gained in that sport to
help him out in this one. The body to the right is Rodney's old
body, and his new one is to the left. |

The truck is a Team Lost Matt Francis 2. Rodney can also be found
racing against his son on the carpet.

The car is a Yokomo YRX-12 and runs in the 1/12 scale, 19t, 4 cell
class. It is powered by a Reedy 19 turn motor and is controlled by
an Airtronics M8 radio. |
